it is an oval shaped painting done on wood, i think, it is of a girl swinging on a rope which is tied between two trees, there is a man holding the rope and to the left of him there is a group of people watching, there is a fountain and a large house in the background. i think the period is victorian, but not sure, the girls have long dresses on and the men have knee length puffy trousers with frilly shirts and jackets, what looks grey hair tied in a pony .
What does this stamp mean on the back of a painting? either francamp or prancamp ref 44v-v?

I don't know what the stamp on the painting means. Go to an auction house for that. As for the period, it might well date from somewhere around 1770. There is a painting by Jean-Honor鑼?Fragonard, called "the swings", with not only a similar subject, but also the same fashion style.
