%26lt;font size="4"%26gt;My 14 year old niece that lives with me,Sasha "Nikki" ,was stolen from school here in Natchez yesterday. Her "mom" who has not seen here in 8 years walked into the school, signed the book, told them her name, and walked out with my niece. They didn't check her ID, nor did they check her emergency card. This woman has had no custody or visitation for 8 YEARS. So now we are sitting here, with no idea where Nikki is, if she's ok, if she's scared, what lies they are telling her, ect. The police of course are moving at the pace of mollasses, it's frustrating to say the least.

Shirley, the mom, her last known address is in a suburb of Memphis, Tn, in a town called Atoka. She drives a black Chevy extended cab pick-up, and has a red headed boy with her, around 9 years old named John and her husband, Earl "Buddy" Landry, has been arrested numerous times for domestic violence against Shirley. If anybody in the Memphis area feels like taking a ride by the last known address and telling me if the truck is there, I won't wait on the damn police, I'll drive and go get her myself. Nikki is 5'2, 101 pounds, with long brown hair. She was wearing khaki pants and a Blue collared uniform shirt, with black slip on shoes.

Here so called mother is blonde, about 220 pounds, and is 5'3.

Earl "Buddy" Landry is appr 6'2, 235 pounds, with black and grey hair, and a mustache.

Have you tried contacting the sheriff's dept and local police at that address in TN? At the very least, they can do a drive by and see if the vehicle is there. Sounds like you have a real crappy police dept there, should've done an Amber Alert almost immediately. Sorry, and hope all works out for you.

Was there an Amber Alert put out for your niece? I don't believe the police would be sitting on this if they had the info about this case you state here.

Although I can understand your frustration. In my opinion after reading about this Earl Landry character, you would be making a mistake trying to extract your niece alone. These people are brazen and desperate. Your action may endanger both your niece and you.

Personally I would not get involved with your request if I lived in the Memphis area. You have to understand there is little to verify your post is on the up and up. I highly suggest you leave it up to the police plus if this child has been taken across state lines, the FBI would be involved. Is there more to this story than meets the eye?

Thank you for ur thoughts %26amp; prayers. I posted this question on behalf of my friend Ozzette, who pleaded for help thur a myspace bullentin. Nikki is still missing, because of some red tape an amber Alert should be out by tomorrow afternoon.

I have word that the suspects car was spotted in NEW ORLEANS %26amp; that their previouse residence in Tenesse is empty.

For those of you wondering why Nikki went willing, she thought her mother was visiting, not kidnapping her. Nikki's legal guardian, her father is distraught by her disappearance.

Please post ur own bullentins in any %26amp; all groups you belong to so that we may help Nikki get back to her family.

Again thank you for your concern. If I hear anything I'll post it in an answer because I'm computer illiterate %26amp; not exactly sure how this works.

i just wanted to say your niece is in my prayer and your family too i live in california so i know im not anying help but i do understand i have 2 children and i would want people to have them in there prayers to guide them home soon so God bless to you all and i hope your niece is returned soon and safe and i hope that her mother is reading some of this note because i would like her to know if she loves her daughter she needs to return her and she needs to get help in order to get back into her daughters life and to be forgiven for what she has done to her child that is so traumatic so MOM if you see this please return your daughter its for her and your best interest god bless you all your in my prayer and thoughts
