HELP! Blonde hair stained by black dye.?

I have bleach blonde hair and I have for a while now. It has black underneath. I went to get my roots done last night, and the hairrdresser done the black again because it had faded.

When she rinsed it out, all together, the black dye stained the blonde and now it's a bluey-grey colour in the front.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Will it just wash out?

Well normally black doesn't come out, but you could try a clarifying shampoo. Since black doesn't wash out, it will be fine after the clarifying shampoo. They best one is Clarifying shampoo from Matrix Essentials. It's sold in most salons for about $13. It's actually really great for getting hair products out too.

Btw, they stylist should have been using really cold water to prevent this, make sure she does next time.

Is it PERMENANT hair dye? you have to watch the hairdresser what she was doing try washing it doesn't hurt to try.

I'm not sure if you could fix that yourself without dying all of your hair the same color. Why don't you go back to the salon where it happened and (if you trust the stylist to try again) ask for her to fix it. She should do it free of charge since that's obviously not what you wanted. If you don't trust her, speak to the manager, I'm sure he or she would be glad to set you up with a stylist that can fix it. Most salons care enough about customer satisfaction to work with you, but you should let them know you're unhappy with your hair as soon as you can. I wouldn't pay for anyone to fix it unless you decide to go to an entirely different salon. Good luck with your hair, stylists mistakes happen to the best of us.

You'll have to strip the black out from the blonde, and, if you're still not satisfied, rebleach it.

I would consider getting a new hairdresser if she didn't at least foil the blonde to keep it all from running. Jeez, talk about basics. %26gt;.o

I've done that myself before but I stained the blonde with brown dye. It washed out after a few washes, but I'm not sure if black dye will do the same because it's a stronger color. Lol, good luck.
