I am trying to decide what to do with my skin/ hair?

I have just had my hair cut so it is layered at the front and longer at the back. It is naturally blond, but I want to get highlights in it of an unusual colour (pale skinned, green/grey eyes.)

Also if anyone could advise me on foundation (I have few spots, merely a little uneven skin on the forehead) again pale skin. I don't have a clue how to wear the stuff you see.

Any help would be much appreciated!

On pale skin, I would suggest just a powder but go for the light shades of powder. . And the hair, if you want something a little unusual I would go with brown and red highlights. But I also think a few different shades of blond looks really pretty too, not very unusual but beautiful!

hmm highlights should be blue or black n i think u dun need foundation...ur own complexion best suits U! just be you! but if u need sumthin for spots thn consult skin doc!:)
